Smoke Damage Restoration & Full Apartment Rebuild

This project involved a severely smoke-damaged apartment following an electric scooter battery fire. The entire property was heavily affected, with smoke contamination throughout all internal areas including walls, ceilings, fixtures, and finishes.

We were engaged as part of an insurance restoration scope to return the property to a safe, clean, and fully liveable condition.

The works included full internal preparation and remediation, a complete repaint, installation of a brand-new kitchen, and new flooring throughout the apartment.

Smoke damage restoration requires careful, detailed preparation, as contamination can penetrate deep into surfaces and materials. This ensures the final finishes are not only visually restored but also safe and durable.

The completed result is a fully restored apartment, transformed from a severely damaged condition back into a modern, liveable home.

This project highlights our experience in insurance repairs, full internal restorations, and complete kitchen rebuilds.

We were engaged as part of an insurance restoration scope to return the property to a safe, clean, and fully liveable condition.

We created a complete internal transformation through full remediation and preparation works, followed by a full repaint, installation of a brand-new kitchen with crisp white cabinetry and stone benchtops, and new pale wood flooring throughout.

Careful attention was required to fully remove smoke contamination and ensure every surface was properly restored to a high standard.

We created a bright, modern apartment with fresh white walls, a clean and minimal kitchen, and warm timber flooring which completely transformed the heavily damaged space into a calm, clean and liveable home.
