Chapel Hill Renovation
This home had plenty of character, but after years of family life, some areas were looking tired and in need of a refresh. The owners wanted to modernise the kitchen, ensuite, main bathroom, laundry and toilets, while also tackling some of the less glamorous jobs around the property, including replacing timber beams affected by rot, repairing the gutters, removing the old carpet and installing new flooring.

The Finish
What followed was a whole-home transformation that combined practical repairs with fresh, timeless finishes. The new kitchen creates a bright and functional heart of the home, while the bathrooms have been completely refreshed with modern tiling, fixtures and finishes. New flooring has transformed the living areas, complementing the home's existing timber features and brick fireplace, while the structural and maintenance work ensures the property is not only looking better, but working better too.
The result is a home that feels lighter, fresher and more functional, while still retaining the character that made it special in the first place.
