East Brisbane Home - Full Renovation

Our client approached us and asked us to help them turn a property that has been neglected and allowed to fall into disrepair over time into an investment property that they could rent out for a premium price. They entrusted us with a sizable challenge and wanted us to infuse new life into every corner of this property. The primary goal was to revitalize the space, with a particular emphasis on creating a contemporary oasis. To achieve this our team installed a sleek, modern kitchen, stylish bathrooms with tiles that are in-keeping with the era of the property.

What was once an ailing structure has now been transformed into a splendid representation of a traditional Queenslander with a captivating modern influence. This fusion of old-world charm and modern sophistication creates a harmonious balance that delights the senses and captivates the eye. Our team's dedication to restoring the property's former glory, while seamlessly integrating modern elements, has yielded a home that not only stands as a testament to architectural ingenuity but also serves as a haven of comfort and contemporary style.
