The body corporate of a property located in Hawthorne engaged our expertise for a pivotal undertaking – the restoration of an expansive retaining wall situated behind a cluster of properties.

Given the intricacies inherent in this project, marked by its multifaceted scope and challenging access constraints, a strategic and inventive approach was imperative. The lack of direct access to the retaining wall for essential materials and equipment necessitated a creative solution. Our resourceful team embarked on the task of devising an effective strategy.

The optimal solution unveiled itself in the form of a crane, an instrumental tool that would surmount the access limitations. By ingeniously transporting materials and equipment over the rooftops, we streamlined the process, ensuring a seamless and efficient execution.

With the equipment in place and preparations finalized, our next objective was to address the restoration of the extensive wall. Towering and imposing, the wall's magnitude demanded immediate attention to prevent any potential structural issues. Our intervention was pivotal in preserving the wall's integrity, forestalling an otherwise impending collapse.
