Balmoral Home - Full renovation after storm damage

The property had been sitting vacant for an extended period of time, and the adverse weather conditions during that time had caused internal leaks which had in turn caused the ceilings to collapse in places and some fairly major water damage.

Once of the main issues was the failure of a substantial balcony on the roof which resulted in water seeping indoors. It was necessary for our team to undertake a comprehensive renovation, including the removal of existing tiles, re-waterproofing the entire area, and the installation of new tiles which were fitted to code. Additionally, there was a severe leak above the garage door and it was necessary to remove the door, rebuild around this and then replace the door.

The entire property has been give a fresh coat of paint after several areas of very badly damaged plasterboard were found. In the pool area, there was with new tiles installed after the existing pool tiles had been badly compromised by the weather conditions also.

Externally the ballustrades were showing signs of rust and were also replaced to ensure both the aesthetic and structural integrity of the property were fully restored.
