Chermside Home - Lower floor renovations and rectification works

When our client purchased this property as an investment, they saw incredible potential despite its untouched condition since the 1970s. The previous construction team had made some progress, but the full potential of the space wasn't realized, and there were areas where the craftsmanship fell short. We were thrilled to step in and elevate the project, building out the downstairs to create a spacious second living area that greatly enhances the property's accommodation. Additionally, we took the time to correct some of the earlier workmanship issues, ensuring a high-quality finish throughout. The result is a beautifully renovated space that not only maximizes the property's value but also offers future tenants or owners a comfortable, well-crafted home.
